The ideal candidate will have expertise in network systems and possess strong technical skills to support our organization's network infrastructure.Duties:Install network hardware and softwareTroubleshoot network issues and provide technical supportCollaborate with IT team members to optimize network usagePerform routine maintenance on network equipmentAble to run, terminate & test CAT5/6 cableQualifications:Proficiency in Windows OSExperience with desktop support and software troubleshootingKnowledge of firewall, switch & other network configurations and computer hardwareStrong technical support skills in resolving network-related issuesFamiliarity with remedy systems for ticketing and incident managementWilling to travel and overnight travel sometimes several days.
