Engagement Manager Role: Engagement Manager Location: Arlington, VA (In-office, with up to 50% travel) Compensation: $170k-$190k base + up to $200K Incentive Pay + Equity About the Role We are one of the fastest growing defense technology companies ($100M+ ARR with top-tier VC backing). We are looking for dynamic Engagement Managers to lead client delivery projects, driving adoption of a SaaS platform and advisory services for national security clients. This role involves managing senior client relationships, executing high-impact projects, and fostering account growth through strategic problem-solving and data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead project execution, ensuring delivery exceeds client expectations while optimizing team resources. Develop engagement plans, align resources, and drive adoption of SaaS solutions tailored to client workflows. Manage senior-level client relationships, translating needs into actionable software use cases. Collaborate with product and sales teams to scope new work and identify expansion opportunities. Mentor analysts, provide quality assurance, and present insights to executives concisely. Qualifications 4+ years in client engagement or consulting, with expertise in national security strategy, supply chain, federal procurement, or related fields. Strong business acumen, exceptional communication, and ability to manage complex projects independently. Familiarity with SaaS, data analytics, or advisory services; experience in government or defense sectors preferred. U.S. citizenship required; current or ability to obtain a security clearance. MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution is preferred.
