This is a core role at the firm, offering significant exposure to clients, rapid professional development, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to high-impact airport and aviation initiatives.You’ll enjoy having ownership of projects, working independently while also working closely with team members and clients, turning insights into action and helping deliver solutions that drive real-world results.What You’ll DoAs a Management Consultant, you will:Lead client engagements, develop and implement strategies, and deliver actionable, data-driven solutions to complex challenges.Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to diagnose root causes and gap analyses, stress-test assumptions, and synthesize findings into clear strategic recommendationsDevelop high-quality client deliverables, including research, data analysis, reports, and executive-ready presentationsCapture, refine, and synthesize insights from stakeholder interviews, workshops, and client meetingsTranslate complex information into evolving concepts of operations and clear recommendationsPlan and lead client workshops, documenting outcomes and next stepsServe as a trusted advisor to day-to-day client counterparts, managing expectations with confidence and escalating risks proactively to engagement leadershipManage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communicationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high standardSupport proposal development and client-facing communicationsStay current on aviation industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously add valueWhat We’re Looking ForYou’ll be a great fit if you bring:A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field2-5 years of experience in consulting, or a related industry experience such as strategy or business analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguity and generate actionable insightsExcellent critical thinking skills and a structured approach to complex challengesPassion to learn new domains, technologies, and organizational contextsStrong storytelling skills—able to turn analysis into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiencesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;Familiarity with data analysis and project management tools is a plusA sense of ownership, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environmentCuriosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and growAbility to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing qualityCurrent residence in the Los Angeles area with legal authorization to workWillingness to travel up to 80%
