The role involves managing enterprise-level data engineering and AI adoption projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring successful project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage data, analytics, cloud, and AI/ML projects from planning to deliveryCoordinate with business, engineering, data, and AI teamsLead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and status reportingGather requirements and support business analysis activitiesManage project scope, risks, timelines, milestones, and deliverablesWork with data engineers, architects, developers, and business stakeholdersSupport healthcare data initiatives and enterprise data platformsEnsure compliance with security, governance, and healthcare standardsMaintain project documentation, reports, and project plansUse project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or SmartsheetRequired SkillsStrong experience managing enterprise data and analytics projectsExperience with cloud platforms and data engineering environmentsKnowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and BI projectsFamiliarity with healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, and CCDAUnderstanding of SQL and database technologiesExperience managing cross-functional teams and vendorsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsExperience with Agile, SDLC, and enterprise technologiesExperience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiativesPreferred CertificationsPMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFeTOGAF or Cloud Certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP)
