The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. 3 classroom team ensures you have all the support you need to be a success! ## Responsibilities - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of preschool-aged children - Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning experience for all students - Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs and development - Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents as needed - Incorporate play-based learning activities to enhance children's creativity and critical thinking skills ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive teaching methods is a plus - Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment - Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable Join our team and make a difference in the lives of young learners!
