CA litigation experience. This position is full-time, non-exempt, and is a hybrid position (is eligible to work from home one day a week after 45-days), with hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Requirements:This position requires solid knowledge of federal, state, and appellate court filing rules and procedures with a strong litigation background that includes e-filing, trial prep and trial experience. Must have knowledge of preparing tables of contents and authorities, preparing discovery shells, and very familiar with the litigation life cycle of a case. Must have excellent proofreading and writing skills, and great attention to detail. Excellent follow-up, initiative, organizational and calendaring skills is required. Excellent typing, formatting, editing, redlining, and computer software skills needed with specific knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and iManage or similar document management system.
