We are currently seeking a Florida licensed clinical social worker who wants to have a meaningful impact on the quality of life of residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in the Sebring, FL area. This is an outstanding opportunity for an LCSW/LICSW to join one of Florida's most successful healthcare companies.THE DETAILS:-Maintain a patient caseload providing diagnostic evaluations, counseling, supportive care, and therapy behavioral management- Conduct psychotherapy and behavioral management sessions-Participate in case reviews and consultations-Administer psychological and cognitive test measures under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Psychologist-Perform neurocognitive testing-Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary team members-Complete patient notes in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systemExcellent compensation-Healthy work/life balance-Full support systems in place-Flexible schedulingQUALIFICATIONS-Current Florida license is required-Ph.D, PsyD or equivalent doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited university-Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills are required-Must be flexible and willing to travel to different sites-Current valid FL driver's license is required-Current CPR certification is required-New Psychologists are welcome to apply
