Able to perform basic machine set-ups and simple adjustments, while operating metal fabricating equipment/machines. Duties and Responsibilities: Capable of learning & establishing functional AutoCAD drawings. Drawing: Flat 2d drawings Figuring bend allowances and creating flat patterns for proper fabrication. Capable of reading fabrication blueprints and tolerances. Capable of performing basic set-ups and machine adjustments and operate metal fabricating equipment. Shear Brake Punch Notcher Other Fabricating Equipment Minimal Inventor / AutoCAD experience preferred. Make programming changes as required. Responsible for performing fit-up and assembly and in-process quality checks. Experience with sheet metal Fabrication/Processes. Computer experience with various software’s to include Word, Excel. Ability to follow specific procedures in order to complete a variety of repetitive and semi-complex tasks. Follow all safety rules and regulations. Multitasking is a must. Other duties as required.
