Senior Staff Engineer, Java Developer

Overview In this Technical Lead role, you will steer the delivery of cloud-native software crafted for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. You’ll bridge client stakeholders and offshore teams, shaping architecture and ensuring performance, security, and reliability. You will code and contribute hands-on, particularly in Java/JVM environments, while guiding design decisions and trade-offs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to plan roadmaps and enforce agile, test-driven development.
