Energy Efficiency Specialist :

We are seeking an Energy Efficiency Specialist to perform residential energy assessments, educate customers, and promote energy-saving solutions. This field-based role requires strong technical knowledge, customer interaction, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are preferred. Pay: $20.00- $30.00 per hour DOE Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-home energy assessments and analyze equipment performance (HVAC, insulation, ductwork, appliances) Educate customers on energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements Promote energy efficiency programs and achieve participation goals Troubleshoot technical issues and inspect energy management systems Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve customer concerns Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and presentations Support training initiatives and cross-functional team knowledge Assist with storm restoration efforts and special projects as needed Minimum Requirements (Must-Have):High school diploma or GED 3+ years of related experience (energy, HVAC, utilities, or technical customer service) Valid driver’s license Ability to work in field environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoor conditions) Ability to lift 25 lbs and wear xywuqvp a respirator when required Preferred Qualifications:Bilingual (Spanish) Bachelor’s degree Energy Auditor Certification Experience in energy efficiency or utility programs Strong customer service and consultative sales skills #EnergyEfficiency #UtilitiesJobs #FieldService #CustomerService #EnergyJobs #Sustainability #HVAC #TechnicalSupport #NowHiring #FloridaJobs #BilingualJobs #LI-AS1
