Director of Construction Operations

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all construction operations across multiple project types, including industrial, commercial, high-rise, and institutional projects.Oversee MEP coordination, ensuring systems are designed, installed, and commissioned efficiently and effectively.Develop and implement construction strategies, project schedules, and budgets.Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project managers, engineers, and site teams.Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.15+ years of progressive experience in construction management with a focus on large-scale industrial, commercial, high-rise, hotels or institutional projects.Strong MEP knowledge and experience managing complex systems on large projects.Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and project reporting.
