Davidson is distinguished in the aerospace and missile defense industry, in part, because of its excellence in hiring exceptional experts, engineers and software developers dedicated to delivering advanced, intelligent technology solutions in defense of our nation.Davidson is seeking a Program Manager in Fort Worth, Texas.Job ResponsibilitiesProgram LeadershipServe as the Project Manager responsible for execution of all technical and programmatic activities associated with the task order.Lead multidisciplinary teams performing research, engineering assessments, prototyping, and technical evaluations.Ensure program execution meets schedule, cost, and performance objectives.Program Planning & ExecutionDevelop and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reflecting technical dependencies, engineering maturity, and integration risks.Develop and track program spend plans and funding execution.Prepare and deliver Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) capturing progress, accomplishments, risks, and mitigation strategies.Monitor technical milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Customer & Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate program activities with the prime contractor and government customer.Support technical reviews, program meetings, and other coordination activities required for successful execution.Document and track meeting outcomes and action items.Reporting & DocumentationEnsure timely production and submission of program deliverables including:Monthly Status ReportsIntegrated Master Schedule updatesTechnical review summaries and meeting minutesTrip reportsFinal technical reportsRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify and proactively manage risks related to technical maturity, schedule dependencies, and program execution.Communicate risks and mitigation strategies to internal leadership, the prime contractor, and the government customer.Job QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.8+ years of experience managing DoD technical or RDT&E programs.Experience leading complex engineering programs involving multiple technical disciplines and stakeholders.Experience developing and managing:Integrated Master SchedulesProgram budgets and funding trackingTechnical reporting and deliverablesStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and government stakeholders.Desired QualificationsExperience supporting DoD research, development, and prototyping efforts.Experience managing programs involving technology assessments, prototyping, and testing activities.PMP certification or equivalent program management credential.ClearanceActive Secret Clearance required.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
