You'll play a key role in helping families choose the right swim programs and ensuring every child gets the opportunity to become water‐safe.What You'll Be Doing:Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and online chatsAssist families with program selection and enrollmentProvide helpful, accurate, and friendly supportMaintain and update customer records in our systemProcess registrations, forms, and follow‐ups on leadsIdentify and elevate priority issues as neededPromote current offers and track daily call activityDeliver a consistently positive customer experienceApplicants must have prior experience teaching swim lessons and be comfortable discussing swim programs and water safety with families.QualificationsBronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, or equivalent certification– These credentials demonstrate your understanding of water safety and are a valuable asset for this role.What You Bring:Previoussales and customer serviceexperienceExcellent communication and listening skillsConfidence using phone systems, scheduling platforms, and CRMsEnthusiastic attitude and strong problem‐solving abilitiesAbility to work independently in a remote settingBilingual abilities are a plusCompletion of JackRabbit (POS & scheduling system) and Skyprep training (provided)High school diploma or equivalentQuiet, dedicated workspaceReliable computer with camera and strong internet connectionWillingness to complete a background checkWhy Work With Us? It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child‐focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool.
