Job Title: Certified Physician Assistant - OrthopedicsLocation: Vancouver, WAJob Type: Full-Time, OnsiteShift: Day ShiftJob OverviewWe are seeking a full-time, office-based Certified Physician Assistant with strong orthopedic spine and extremity experience to join a rapidly growing, well-established multispecialty clinic. The practice focuses on treating patients injured in accidents and provides comprehensive, coordinated care across multiple specialties, including imaging, diagnosis, and both non-surgical and surgical treatment.This role offers a high level of clinical autonomy with direct supervision from the Medical Director and access to a broad network of specialists. The practice does not manage chronic pain or narcotics and offers a clinic-based schedule with no ER call, no OR time, and no surgical assisting.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed patient histories and physical examinations.Conduct new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and post-operative care.Order and interpret diagnostic tests, treatments, and therapies.Interpret imaging, including X-rays, MRI, and other diagnostic studies.Perform office-based procedures, including ultrasound-guided injections.Prescribe medications, supplies, devices, and post-operative care needs.Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans.Coordinate care across specialties in collaboration with the Medical Director.Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in the EHR.Apply evidence-based clinical knowledge in patient care decision-making.RequirementsGraduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.Active Washington State PA license or Oregon State PA license.Minimum 4 years of orthopedic experience required.Proven experience in spine and extremity evaluation and treatment.Comfortable practicing autonomously in a clinical setting.Proficient with electronic health records and basic technologyBenefitsComprehensive benefits package.401(k) retirement plan.
