Landscape Crew Member with a Class E LicenseWKF Landscape Members are an essential part of the team, responsible for handling stock, deliveries, plant care , full lawn care and being a floral helper at times This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work, with a focus on building and maintaining high-quality landscapes with tropical twist. You, the Crew Member, will contribute to creating breathtaking outdoor spaces, demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, with dedication to customer satisfaction.Skill Set and Educational Requirements:Minimum of a high school diploma or GEDClass E License (For Hire) CDL License is a plusFamiliarity in Landscaping, Skid Loaders, Commercial Mowers is a plusPhysical stamina to perform tasks such as moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, and safely lift weights 50 lbs or greaterAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsDuties/Responsibilities:Collaborate with Crew to complete routes efficiently and with the highest qualityOperate equipment and tools in accordance with safety guidelinesAssist in maintaining clean and organized job sitesParticipate actively in team tasksHoliday installationsCare for and maintain company equipment, tools, and vehiclesPerform additional duties, such as floral helper, plant care technicianOccasional weekend work, and overtime (more around floral holidays)About:Walter Knoll Florist is a six generation Florist / Landscape Company, (since before 1883) Walter Knoll Florist - Landscapes has been providing landscape needs out of our Arnold Greenhouses (10 acre complex) for over 40 years.
