Shift1st shift 5:30am-2:00pmMonday through FridayCompensation$720-760 weekly/paid weeklySTEVENS POINT WIMaintenance Tech$720-760 weekly/paid weeklyJob SummaryThis role is responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of machinery.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:General MaintenanceReassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance workStart machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problemsInspect or test damaged machine parts and mark defective areas or advise supervisors or repair needsLubricate or apply adhesives or other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment, according to specified proceduresInstall, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to production specificationsDismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoistsRecord production, repair, and machine maintenance informationRead work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenanceSet up and operate machines and adjust controls to regulate operationsCollaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipmentInventory and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies so that stock can be maintained and replenishedTransport machine parts, tools, equipment, and other material between work areas and storage, using cranes, hoists, or dolliesCollect and discard worn machine parts to maintain machinery and work areasClean machines and machine parts, using cleaning solvents, cloths, air guns, hoses, vacuums, or other equipmentCoordinate with vendors and manage Purchase Orders for maintenance/repair activitiesMheConduct regular inspections of MHE, such as forklifts, conveyor systems, and pallet jacksMaintain detailed records of maintenance activitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.Repair or replace faulty components.Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionalityEnsuring that all MHE is maintained to safety standardsTroubleshoot equipment failures, provide root cause analysis, research potential warranty and repeat failures for continuous improvementCoordinate with vendors and manage Purchase Orders for maintenance/repair activitiesPerforms Additional Responsibilities As Assigned* #CBCapstone Logistics, LLC is part of The Transportation and Logistics industry which has been designated a "Critical Infrastructure Segment".
