Description 1:1 Personal Care Assistant / PCA (several locations, various cares and hours) Job type Every Saturday and Sunday from 5:30pm - 11:30pm Overview Providing 1:1 care in a loving home. Description We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient’s homes in accordance with an established care plan. PIHC provides competitive wages and flexible hours. Responsibilities Provide health care services in patient's residence (including bathing, and toileting assistance). Transferring assistance. Perform domestic and household tasks Assist with client’s personal care activities Assist patient with laundry Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Skills and Requirements Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards Proficiency in English Caring and compassionate personality Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs. Proven working experience as Personal Care Assistant Benefits: Flexible Schedule Competitive Pay 401k ESST - Sick & Safe Time - 1 hour accumulation every 30 hours (max 48/year, max accumulation 80 hours).
