Pipefitter

Currently hiring experienced Pipefitters and Structural Fitters for industrial and fabrication shop work. The ideal pipefitter and structural fitter candidate should have experience working with stainless steel and carbon steel. As a Pipefitters you will work in an industrial setting, primarily with 2"–4" piping, with pipe sizes up to 24". Structural Fitters will work in a fabrication shop, fitting and assembling carbon and stainless steel components. Schedule is Monday - Thursday 6:30AM - 4:30PM with overtime as needed. Pipefitter Responsibilities Install, assemble, fit, and modify industrial piping systems according to blueprints and specifications Work primarily with 2"–4" pipe and sizes up to 24" Work with stainless steel and carbon steel pipe, fittings, flanges, and related components Measure, cut, thread, bevel, fit, and prepare pipe for installation Perform pipe layout, alignment, and fit-up Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications Install pipe supports, brackets, clamps, and other fastening systems Prepare and tack piping assemblies for welding Test piping systems for leaks and proper operation using pressure testing equipment Troubleshoot, repair, and modify piping systems as needed Coordinate with welders and other trades to complete installations Structural Fitter Responsibilities Fit and assemble carbon steel and stainless steel components in a fabrication shop setting Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings Measure, lay out, cut, grind, and fit material Position and align structural components Prepare and tack assemblies for welding Use levels, squares, tape measures, and other layout and measuring tools Verify dimensions, angles, alignment, and overall fit before welding Work closely with welders and fabrication personnel to complete assemblies Safely operate grinders, cutting tools, and other fabrication equipment Pipefitter and Structural Fitter Qualifications 4 or more years experience with industrial pipefitting and/or structural fitting experience Experience working with stainless steel and carbon steel Reliable transportation, valid Driver's License and dependable attendance Ability to pass a drug screen Benefits Weekly pay Referral bonus program Paid time off and holiday pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k
