Learn more at www.e-arc.com.Who We're Looking ForWe are seeking a Print Production Operator to process orders, communicate with customers, operate small-format color and black & white printers, and run finishing and bindery equipment. This role directly supports ARC's mission: To deliver our customers' time‐critical information whenever they want it, wherever they want it, in whatever form they want it.Mandatory ExperienceCandidates must have hands‐on experience with:Xerox Versant 4100 digital high‐speed color and black & white printerXerox Nuvera 144 digital high‐speed black & white printerXerox D110 digital high‐speed black & white printerHeavy Duty Champion Paper CutterHorizon Folding and Creaser MachinesStrong knowledge of various paper stocksLaminating equipmentCustom tab creationFinishing bindery (Coil, Wire‐O, GBC, screw posting, etc.)Shrink‐wrapping machineSoftware applications: Adobe, Fiery Command Station (v7.10.209), Photoshop, Xerox FreeFlow MakeReady (v9.0.25)In This Role, You WillCommunicate effectively with customers and co‐workersReceive, process, and prioritize orders based on customer needs, workload, and machine capabilitiesEstimate job completion times and notify the Production Manager of any unmet requestsProcess PDF files received via FTP, email, delivery, or walk‐inScan hard‐copy documents following standard operating proceduresOperate copier and bindery equipmentWork overtime when necessary (overtime is a condition of employment)Prepare packages for shipment (UPS, FedEx, Airborne, couriers)Maintain productivity standards with consistent accuracy and efficiencyDemonstrate thorough knowledge of duplicating materials and equipmentMaintain strong attention to detailFollow processes and procedures accuratelyCommunicate job‐related information clearly and conciselyPerform other duties as assignedWork HoursMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDPrior reprographics or printing experienceCustomer service experienceStrong sense of urgency and responsivenessHigh‐level working knowledge of:Windows, Word, Excel, OutlookAdobe softwareHeavy‐duty paper cuttersWhat We Offer* Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match* A culture that genuinely cares for its employees
