Job Title Project Manager – Wealth Management & AILocation Hamilton, NJEmployment Type: Contract (C2C)Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Wealth Management to lead strategic initiatives across business and technology teams.This role focuses on delivering AI/ML-driven and data transformation programs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and driving successful execution in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of wealth management initiatives (scope, timeline, quality)Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to drive executionManage AI/ML-driven programs, including automation and data-driven initiativesDefine project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocationIdentify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecksProvide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadershipRequired Qualifications8+ years of Project Management experienceStrong experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Asset ManagementProven experience managing cross-functional teams (Business + Technology)Hands-on or recent experience with AI / Machine Learning initiatives, such as: -Predictive analytics -Natural Language Processing (NLP) -Generative AI applicationsExperience delivering projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environmentsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveExperience with client onboarding, portfolio platforms, or CRM systemsExperience working with HNW / UHNW client environmentsWork AuthorizationOpen to candidates authorized to work in the US (H1B considered)
