Supervisor - National Customer Equipment Specialist Team

OverviewThe National Customer Equipment Specialist (NCES) Team supports the PES organization by processing equipment order requests and facilitating communication between internal teams (i.e., Sales, COM, Supply Chain, and COE) for all national customer equipment requests. This team provides comprehensive end-to-end support for all national account equipment orders to include survey dispatch and confirmation, order entry and tracking, and acts as the single point of contact for all national equipment related issues. ResponsibilitiesManage all national customer equipment requests and the placement/inventory of that equipment across PES systems Minimize financial exposure related to fountain equipment and BTG coolers where appropriate Monitor and manage aged exceptions; ensuring team is following up on aged orders for PBC and FOBO bottlers Provide reporting for monthly business reviews to upper management. Other written and verbal presentations as needed Manage NCES Team metrics on weekly/monthly basis and support team through coaching, career development and execution of business objectives Build relationships with internal and external partners (i.e., Sales, COMs, FOBOs) to drive business deliverables Work with business partners to resolve issues and escalations related to the NCES process Manages various SOX and operational controls to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and are in a status to allow confirmation and close out in the system Drive continuous improvement through process and system evaluations and cross-functional collaboration Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications4-year undergraduate degree required 3-5 years of leadership experience leading a large team, providing coaching and talent development Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a team to deliver expected business results while elevating the skills of the people on the team Demonstrated success with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Demonstrated success in using advanced Excel skills Ability to leverage analytical insights to drive strategy and influence business decisions across the PES organization Prior SAP, CETS, and CRM/ECC experience preferred Prior accounting/finance or budget utilization experience Prior Foodservice and/bottler operations experience preferred Intermediate project management experience to help streamline project intake and execution Liaise across multiple teams to drive business results and overall customer satisfaction Our Company will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other applicable laws, including but not limited to, San Francisco Police Code Sections 4901-4919, commonly referred to as the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance; and Chapter XVII, Article 9 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, commonly referred to as the Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.
