The role blends project coordination, client communication, and data analysis in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with managing projects from launch through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metServe as a key communication link between clients, production, vendors, and internal teamsBuild and maintain detailed project documentation, including production instructions and specificationsHelp monitor project performance, reporting, and operational metricsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline processesMaintain and update ERP and reporting systems, ensuring accurate data and project trackingCollaborate across departments to resolve challenges and keep projects moving forwardOccasionally step into operational areas to troubleshoot or verify project detailsQualifications2+ years of account management, project coordination, or client services experience in a manufacturing industryStrong Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience requiredFamiliarity with manufacturing processes, production workflows, or supply chain operations preferredExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and reportingAdaptable, calm under pressure, and able to handle shifting prioritiesProactive team player with a willingness to learn and take initiativeAdditional DetailsMonday–Friday schedule, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PMFully onsite during training; potential hybrid flexibility after ramp-up based on business needsBusiness casual work environmentPerksSupportive and collaborative team cultureLong-term growth and career development opportunitiesModern office environment with employee amenitiesStable, expanding organization with strong leadership and tenure
