This company is clean and climate controlled and offers an outstanding benefit package!3rd shift $18.70 per hour paid weeklyDutiesAssist with assembly tasks across the production floorSupport the assembly line by assembling components using hand tools and mechanical knowledgeConduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean, organized workspace in the manufacturing facility to promote safety and efficiencyAssist with inventory management, including loading, unloading, and stocking supplies in the warehouse areaFollow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including ESD shoes and machinery proceduresCollaborate with team members to meet production targets and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues promptlyRequirementsPrevious factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferredProficiency in operating hand tools, power tools and warehouse equipmentMechanical knowledge or background supporting assembly line tasks is essentialExperience working with assembly processes and using hand tools for detailed workAbility to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely (up to 50lbs), and perform physically demanding tasksFamiliarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety proceduresStrong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and improving processesHigh School Diploma or GEDBasic math skills
