Food Runner

Job Details Loco Pez Mexican taqueria restaurant and bar on the corner of 47th and Baltimore Ave., is hiring a part time Food Runner/Expediter to join our team. We are looking for energetic, personable and service driven people who love a fast-paced environment and share in our passion for simple, delicious and approachable Tex-Mex cuisine. Runners should have a minimum of one year of experience in a high volume, full-service environment. The Runner position requires multi-tasking, concentration, organization and a good memory. Our service staff is a team of professionals, and every member is there to support each other. As an organization we value teaching, and promotion from within. The position consists primarily of evening shifts. Available shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday evenings. Qualifications: 1 year experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant. A confident personality. Excellent multi-tasking skills and attention to detail. A cooperative instinct. Must work well in fast-paced setting. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits. $9 - $11 per hour plus a tip share.
