Implementation Manager

They're seeking a Technical Implementations Manager to join the team, working cross-functionally to onboard new customers as they continue to scale.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CTO on technical implementations with customers.
- Own delivery of workflows to onboard customers
- Work closely with customers to understand their clinical data needs
- Translate clinical requirements to technical specifications
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Experience working with healthcare data
- Strong understanding of API-led integrations
- Strong communication skills
- Expert with AI-tooling e.g Claude Code, Cursor, Codex etc.
