Job DescriptionProgram Manager – IT Infrastructure & OperationsLocation:Dallas, TX | Ashburn, VA | San Francisco, CA | Denver, CO | New York, NY | Charlotte, NC | Boston, MAYour RoleThe Program Manager supports the planning and delivery of IT Infrastructure and Operations initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. This role works closely with engineering, operations, security, and vendor teams to drive execution across multiple infrastructure-focused programs in a fast‑paced IT environment.What You’ll DoLead and coordinate IT infrastructure projects including network upgrades, cloud migrations, server and storage refreshes, and endpoint lifecycle initiativesDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependenciesTrack progress and maintain clear and accurate project documentationFacilitate cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, operations, security, and vendor teamsSupport governance processes, change management, and operational readiness activitiesProvide regular status updates to business and IT leadershipEnsure projects remain aligned with organizational priorities and operational goalsWhat You’ll Need3–5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or IT operations projectsWorking knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, servers and storage, and end‑user computingStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or MS ProjectA Bit About UsDigital Realty brings companies and data together by delivering the full spectrum of data center, colocation and interconnection solutions. Our compensation philosophy is centered on aligning individual performance with the company’s values and long‑term objectives.Compensation RangeOur published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay based on role, level, and geographic location. Individual compensation is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Total compensation may include base salary, bonus, and long‑term incentives.Base salary range: $110,000 – $135,000 annuallyThis range represents the Company’s good‑faith estimate at the time of posting.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, 401(k) match, disability coverage, wellness and education benefits, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, holidays, and more.
