The Store Design Project Manager reports directly to the Department Manager of Store Design, and is responsible for individual project management of the architectural and design related aspects of projects with new store development and construction teams.General ResponsibilitiesMonitor assigned projects as often as possible by maintaining personal contact, as well as written contact with the New Construction and Architectural Design teamsStay updated on specific details and scope of work regarding any given project; develop and maintain comprehensive tracking schedulesContinuously monitor weekly activity reports, scope and timelines; while identifying key milestones and critical path activitiesMaintain detailed project schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budgetReview projects from the construction documents phase to construction administration phase for adherence to design intent, drawing accuracy, and current prototype changesPrepare detailed site plans and conceptual drawings for feasibility studies and entitlement packages, using AutoCAD and other advanced design software toolsMonitor prototype changes to assure current projects are up to date in an expedient mannerMaintain a strong focus on quality control and ensure that design adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with specificationsEstablish clear communication channels between teams and provide timely updates on project progress, milestones, and potential issues.Work Schedule + Benefits* Full-time, Exempt* Salary Pay Range is $104,515 - 130,600The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition.
