Web Developer & Graphic Designer STiCKi, Vista, CA STiCKi is a specialty print, packaging, labels, and branded merchandise company serving leading brands across beauty, manufacturing, technology, and franchise industries. We're growing fast and modernizing how we operate, and we're looking for a versatile creative-technical hire to help us build it. About the Role We're hiring a hybrid Web Developer and Graphic Designer to take ownership of our digital presence and design output. You'll build and maintain e-commerce storefronts for our clients, redesign and manage our own WordPress site, and produce design work that supports our sales and marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, varied work, and the chance to grow quickly under experienced mentorship. You'll work closely with our senior developer and leadership team on projects that directly drive business growth. What You'll Do Build, customize, and maintain e-commerce storefronts for STiCKi clients, including theme development, page templates, product configuration, and integrations Lead the redesign of our corporate WordPress website and own ongoing updates, new page builds, and performance improvements Design print and digital collateral including sales sheets, trade show materials, branded merchandise concepts, web graphics, email templates, and pitch deck visuals Collaborate with our senior developer on technical projects and learn our broader technology stack over time Maintain brand consistency across all client-facing and internal materials using the STiCKi brand system What We're Looking For 1 to 3 years of experience in web development, graphic design, or a hybrid role (recent graduates with strong portfolios will be considered) Web development experience with e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce is a major bonus) Working knowledge of WordPress development including themes, plugins, page builders (Elementor, Divi, or similar), and basic PHP customization Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Print design experience including understanding of bleeds, color profiles, vector vs. raster, and prepress fundamentals A portfolio demonstrating both web and design work Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new tools, platforms, and disciplines Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple projects across web and design Nice to Have Familiarity with packaging or label design Experience with social media creative and content design Exposure to Figma for design collaboration and prototyping Basic knowledge of SEO best practices Experience working with brand systems and design guidelines Why STiCKi Real ownership and impact from day one.
