This role requires a maker mindset, someone who enjoys working with their hands, possesses a high attention to detail, and takes pride in seeing a product go from individual parts to a finished, high-quality product.ResponsibilitiesUtilize hand tools (drills, arbor presses, etc.) and in-house test fixtures to assemble complex electronic devices.Perform routine quality checks to ensure all products meet our rigorous engineering standards and safety specifications.Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to maintain consistency across production runs.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation to optimize productivity and safety.Work closely with our engineering and technical support teams to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly efficiency.QualificationsExperience with hand tools and a high level of manual dexterity/fine motor skills for handling small components.The ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and a focus on quality.A self-starting attitude with the ability to multitask and pivot between different tasks as production needs change.Enjoys contributing to a positive team environment and meeting collective deadlines.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a productive pace in a standing or seated assembly environment.
