As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for the precision assembly of electronic components and mechanical hardware. This role requires a maker mindset, someone who enjoys working with their hands, possesses a high attention to detail, and takes pride in seeing a product go from individual parts to a finished, high-quality product.
*Responsibilities*
· Utilize hand tools (drills, arbor presses, etc.) and in-house test fixtures to assemble complex electronic devices.
· Perform routine quality checks to ensure all products meet our rigorous engineering standards and safety specifications.
· Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to maintain consistency across production runs.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation to optimize productivity and safety.
· Work closely with our engineering and technical support teams to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly efficiency.
*Required Qualifications*
· Experience with hand tools and a high level of manual dexterity/fine motor skills for handling small components.
· The ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and a focus on quality.
· A self-starting attitude with the ability to multitask and pivot between different tasks as production needs change.
· Enjoys contributing to a positive team environment and meeting collective deadlines.
· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a productive pace in a standing or seated assembly environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
