What You Walk Into A consumer-facing marketing engine that generates consultation demand — you close, not cold-call A cross-functional team handling investment implementation, new business processing, client experience, and estate coordination A holistic planning model where you advise across the full retirement picture — income, taxes, insurance, estate, and real estate — not just AUM Multiple Las Vegas metro offices (Summerlin and Henderson) Compensation Base salary plus AUM-based fees, insurance, annuity commissions, and discretionary bonus. Required Active Series 65 (or equivalent). Life and Health Insurance License. 3-5+ years client-facing retirement advisory or sales experience. Demonstrated ability to close business, not just service it. Preferred CFP or in progress. Seminar, workshop, or consultation-driven sales experience. Hybrid RIA + insurance background.
