Wholesale Parts Account RepresentativeThe Bill Dodge Auto Group is looking to add a key member to our Wholesale Parts Department. If youre well organized, a hard worker, and have a passion for having fun at work while delivering a quality experience for customers and coworkers alike, we should chat!The position of Wholesale Parts Account Representative at the Bill Dodge Auto Group (BDAG) is a critical position that is responsible for servicing and growing existing wholesale parts accounts. Successful execution of the position requires skills in communication, organization, customer service, and paperwork details. It also requires the abilities to learn, follow processes, positively interact with all parties, and give and follow direction.Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 per year base salaryResponsibilities may include, but not be limited to:Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.Handles all customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.Establishes and maintains relationships with existing wholesale accounts, and works with them to meet their expectations of availability, delivery, and customer service.Keeps orderly records of all invoices and special-order parts.Minimizes non-standard orders when alternatives exist.Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.Participates with the parts manager in maintaining a lost sales tracking program.Establishes and maintains a special-order system and ensures proper information flow regarding special orders to all involved parties.Maintains proper logging and saves parts from each job for warranty and customer request purposes.Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty, policy and procedures.Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.Assists manager in processing weekly stock orders.Stocks and posts incoming orders.Job Requirements/Qualifications:Wholesale parts experience requiredComputer proficient, both with Tekion and Microsoft Office programsAbility to read and comprehend written instructions and informationExcellent oral and written communication skillsBe a dedicated, energetic, team player who wants to join our ever-growing network of dealershipsValid Drivers License w/ acceptable driving recordWhat We Offer:Health/Dental/Vision Insurance401k retirement planPaid Time OffCustomer and Recruitment Referral ProgramsCareer Advancement OpportunitiesEmployee discounts on sales, parts, and serviceThis is a full-time in person position that offers competitive pay and benefits.The Bill Dodge Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
