Financial Analyst

SelectOne is partnering with a manufacturing organization in Western NY to hire a Financial Analyst. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting while working closely with leadership to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. What You’ll Do: Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and operational performance Lead budgeting and forecasting processes Develop financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs Support cash flow tracking and financial planning Partner with accounting and operations on month-end and strategic initiatives Work within ERP systems (SAP/Monarch) to ensure data accuracy What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3+ years of financial analysis or cost accounting experience (manufacturing preferred) Ability to communicate insights to leadership Schedule: Fully onsite to start, transitioning to fully remote #J-18808-Ljbffr
