This role combines interactive omelet station service with general cooking responsibilities across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and passionate about delivering high-quality food and excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.This position requires flexibility to work at various client sites and locations as needed.Duties And ResponsibilitiesPrepare made-to-order omelets and egg dishes during live-action service eventsSupport general cooking duties at multiple locations as scheduledSet up and break down omelet stations and kitchen work areasPrepare food using high-quality ingredients and present it in an appealing mannerTake guest orders and provide friendly, professional serviceMaintain clean and organized workstations; wash and sanitize on-site equipmentFollow all food safety and sanitation regulationsAssist with inventory monitoring and restocking as neededParticipate in daily kitchen opening and closing proceduresSupport team members and assist with operational needs as assignedPerform other duties as directed by the Head Chef or ManagementQualificationsPrevious experience as a cook, omelet cook, or in a similar culinary role preferredValid Food Handler’s Certificate (ServSafe preferred)Strong knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparationAbility to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, guest-facing environmentExcellent time management and organizational skillsFlexibility to work at multiple locations and varied schedulesAbility to meet physical demands, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
