Account Manager – Staffing & ConsultingEagan, MN | 100% Onsite | M–F, 8–5C4 Technical Services is looking for an experienced recruiter who is ready to take the next step into Account Management.The ideal candidate has 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience, has been successful in recruiting, understands how the staffing business works, and is ready to move into a more client-facing role.What You’ll DoMeet with clients and lead intake calls to understand hiring and project needsReview and video screen candidates submitted by the recruiting team before presenting them to clientsPartner closely with recruiters to identify, qualify, and market the right candidatesPresent candidates and solutions to clients and help coordinate interviewsBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholdersWork with onboarding to ensure new clients, consultants, and projects launch smoothlyManage active consultants and client relationshipsIdentify additional staffing, project, and consulting opportunities within your accountsWho We’re Looking For3+ years of staffing/recruiting experienceProven success as a recruiter with a strong understanding of the staffing lifecycleReady to transition from recruiting into client and account managementComfortable leading client meetings, intake calls, and candidate video interviewsCompetitive, organized, and motivated by resultsStrong communicator who enjoys working with both clients and candidatesInterested in learning how to sell and deliver broader staffing and consulting solutionsCompensation & Schedule100% onsite – Eagan, MNMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional off-hours supportBase salary + commission + full benefitsThis is a great opportunity for a successful recruiter who wants to take what they've learned in staffing and move into client relationships, account growth, and solution delivery.
