We value reliability, security, and innovation across enterprise and cloud-based infrastructure.What You’ll Be DoingProvide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for enterprise IT systemsManage day-to-day operations of infrastructure: servers, storage, networks, and client devicesConfigure and administer Linux and Windows operating systemsInstall and maintain operating system software and patchesTroubleshoot system issues and optimize performanceProvide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) supportMonitor systems and respond to issues in real-timeWork closely with ISSOs to ensure compliance and system hardeningCommunicate system status and issues to internal and external stakeholdersSupport dispatch and resolution of hardware and software problemsRequiredBachelor’s degree and 10 + years of system administration experienceOR 15 years of experience in lieu of a degreeStrong Linux administration experienceFamiliarity with PowerShell and Bash scriptingExperience with system hardening and compliance standardsDoD 8570 IAT Level I certificationSecurity Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/PolygraphDesiredExperience with AWS environmentsFamiliarity with the Atlassian Tool SuiteExposure to BigFix or similar patch management toolsExperience using Ansible for configuration managementSalary Range:$135,000 - $170,000The provided salary range is an approximation based on current market data and may vary.
