CNC Machine Repair Technician8am - 4:30pm, M - F Latrobe, PA Staring wage of $25 - $35/hour with available OT WORK DIRECTLY FOR THE COMPANY One position only - expedited hiring processWhat Sets Us ApartIndustry-leading culture and team environmentCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive healthcare coverageRetirement savings with company matchOpportunities for advancement and long-term career growthStability with a well-established companyEmployee recognition and referral programsWork-life balance and paid time offPrimary Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsures equipment is operating properly by performing preventative maintenance, repairs and upgrades to provide minimal equipment downtime or loss of production.Assists in the development and upgrade of process equipment.Completes assigned preventative maintenance tasks on schedule according to performance standards.Develop necessary skills to repair compressors, cryo pumps, e-beam guns and other specialized coating equipment.Understands project requirements and works to complete task with a high level of quality and workmanship in a timely mannerMaintains coating system operation components to a high level of performance with minimal or no downtime.Stays informed of new methods/procedures, learn new skills as needed and make recommendations to improve processes and/or equipment.Monitors equipment operations to maintain proper operation levels of performance. Repairs and replaces as needed.All electrical equipment and controls work appropriately with minimal downtime.QualificationsAssociates or technical degree in a mechanical field preferred or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of experience in a maintenance position.Must be able to understand and operate all coating equipment.Must work well with all operators, supervisors and engineers to support customer needs.Skilled in all mechanical applications including electric, plumbing, welding/sottering, metal working, mechanical tools, test instruments and general repairs.Proficient use of Microsoft office programs.Strong "hands on" mechanical abilities.Requires flexibility in work schedule including extended hours, weekends, holidays and cell phone coverage as necessary to support a 24/7 operation.Good understanding of high vacuum practices.Working Conditions/Physical RequirementsGenerally, in a clean room environment working with small to large high voltage equipment.Standing (6 hours per day)Lifting (50 lbs.)Pushing/Pulling (100 lbs.)Sitting (2 hours per day)To conform to U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR), applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8.
