Local Contract Nurse Practitioner - Geriatrics - $64-76 per hour

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Geriatrics Discipline: Nurse Practitioner Duration: 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Location: Amsterdam, New York HYBRID: On-site at assisted living communities in New York combined with telehealth Master's degree from an accredited NP program. Active New York State NP license and DEA registration. Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid billing. 3 years of clinical experience (geriatric or long-term care experience is a big plus).
