As a Construction Administrator, you'll play an essential role in our team by ensuring data is entered accurately and efficiently, while also supporting broader construction administration workflows across active projects. Responsibilities
Accurately enter and maintain project data within company systems and platforms
Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
Manage high volume data entry and tracking across multiple projects
Maintain Excel spreadsheets, logs, and project records
Coordinate with field inspectors to validate and update project information
Support construction administration processes including contractor invoices, RFIs, and submittals
Maintain confidentiality and data security standards
Communicate discrepancies or issues to appropriate team members
Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed
Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Compensation
This position will pay $20-$23 per hour.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED certificate
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
Experience with Procore, Microsoft BI, Microsoft Power Automate, or API integrations preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Prior administrative or data entry experience preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior
