Systems Test Technician I
Our Client is a medical device company focused on developing solutions to improve lives impacted by kidney disease The Client offers the Moda-flx Hemodialysis System, a user-friendly, mobile, and connected hemodialysis system designed to maximize clinical flexibility and ease-of-use for both clinical and non-clinical users The Moda-flx Hemodialysis system combines flow rate capabilities of conventional in-center dialysis devices with a fully integrated reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system to provide a broad range of prescriptions and meet the needs of any professional dialysis care setting.We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on on-site Systems Test Technician to support the verification and validation of our innovative hemodialysis devices This role will involve collaborating with System Engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure test fixtures, lab equipment, and test systems are set-up and operational The ideal candidate will have experience in testing medical devices and/or complex systems and a strong commitment to quality in a regulated environment.Responsibilities:• Execute system-level test protocols for new and existing medical devices under the direction of management or test leads.• Set up, operate and troubleshoot test fixtures, lab equipment, and test systems.• Collect, document, and analyze test data using defined procedures and formats.• Identify and report test failures and anomalies.• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.• Assist in the development and revision of test protocols and procedures.• Maintain test lab organization, equipment calibration and inventory tracking.• Support test automation and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.Requirement:Required Skills & Abilities• Familiarity with testing tools, instrumentation, and measurement techniques.• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to follow procedures/instructions precisely.• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)• Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges• Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.• Experience with Linux and Python is not required but is a plus.• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as business needs dictate.Education & Experience:• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering or related field.• 1+ years of experience in a testing or validation role, preferably in the medical device or regulated industry.Working Environment:• Typical office area with offices, cubicles and conference rooms• Typical laboratory and chemical storage areas which may contain hazardous compounds requiring adherence to safe handling practices.Physical Requirements/Demands• May involve lifting equipment weighing 50 lbs or more.• Sustained periods of time standing and/or sitting in a laboratory.• Sitting at a desk utilizing a computer and/or test system.Benefits:BenefitsFull-time employees (working an average of 30 hours or more) are eligible to select from different benefits packages Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match (available after 1 year of employment), commuter benefits, employee discount and referral programs, and life and supplemental income insurance Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws.CompensationFinal offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.Work AuthorizationATR International, Inc cannot sponsor work visas (H-1B, F-1 STEM OPT with I-983, or similar) Candidates must have valid U.S work authorization.
