The desired applicant would be focused on developing territory managers, exceeding customer service expectations & growing the company customer base while creating value for the customer. Regional Sales Manager will cover the Permian Basin & Eagle Ford shale areas.You must live or be willing to relocate to DFW, Odessa, Midland or Monahans Texas areaDetails include:Starting salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 base plus bonuses. First year total income can be in $150,000 - $160,000 rangeSchedule is 5-day work week with weekend as neededOvernight travel at timesCar Allowance, Laptop and Cell PhoneHealth, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance401K with MatchFSA AccountsPaid Time OffRelocation and non-compete expense reimbursement is not available with this opportunity.What You Will Do:Manage the daily activities of the region’s sales team that promotes the growth of the companyAssist in closing new business and managing existing accountsAnalyze data and trends to strategically develop business within industry segmentsProvide excellent customer service while serving existing client baseFind creative ways to be solution to customer pain-pointsWhat Skills and Experience We are Looking For:5 years in a sales management position.
