This role ensures optimal inventory levels, minimizes stockouts, supports warehouse and vessel operations, and drives inventory accuracy through forecasting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, forecasting, and ERP systems within hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or logistics environments. This role partners closely with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Vendors, and Technology teams to support operational readiness and inventory performance.
