Hi #connections,We have a Job Opening for,Role: Senior Test LeadLocations-----Houston, TX and Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid) 🔗 Interested Candidate Kindly share the suitable resume to ram.r@vysystems.com & https://www.linkedin.com/in/ramkumarjhen/Job Description: Please share candidates as per the domain irrespective of automation or manual testing (Life Insurance or Retirement services (Pension/401k)/ Annuities).Check for candidates available for We are open to look for BA profiles as well who has experience in (Life Insurance or Retirement services (Pension/401k)/ Annuities).Who are we looking for?Require a Test Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience (Level 6) in software testing, with at least 5 years in Life Insurance or Retirement services (Pension/401k).Strong knowledge in Retirement Services , insurance domain with focus on validating applications that manage pensions, annuities, 401(k) plans, and other retirement benefits.Technical Skills:Test LeadPrimary Skills :Test Strategy and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements, Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and User Stories.Knowledge of Defined Contribution (DC) plans like 401(k), 403(b), 457 and other plansKnowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) plansKnowledge of key regulatory frameworks like ERISA, Secure Act 2.0, IRS & DOL guidelinesKnowledge of key transactions like contributions, loans, payout, etc.Knowledge of RMDTechnical Skills: Manual testing proficiency is mandatory; experience in automation tools (Selenium, UFT) is highly preferredDatabase: Strong SQL skills for data validationSecondary Skills:Automation testing knowledge on UFT or LeanFT, API Testing, Performance testing, Functional test design.
