The Information Security Analyst – IAM is primarily responsible for managing user provisioning (adds, removals, changes) in the core processing system and ancillary applications. In addition, this role will also assist with information security activities such as monitoring, resilience and incident response.Responsibilities:Identify and monitor key risk indicatorsProvision, modify, and deprovision user access to core banking system and applications in accordance with established proceduresPerform periodic access reviews and support audit-related activities.Develop and maintain security proceduresAssist with maintaining and delivering security awareness trainingAssist with reviewing logs for anomalous behaviorParticipate in incident responseGovernance reporting (change management, system patching, etc.)Maintain complete and audit-ready documentation of access changesInvestigate, troubleshoot and resolve routine access-related issues; escalate complex issues as appropriate Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery programsParticipate in Business Continuity Plan (BCP) reviewsCollaborate with the Information Security team and Information Technology team on assigned initiativesServe in a backup capacity for the Information Security teamPerform other duties as required.Education and Experience:Experience performing Identity and Access Management (IAM) activitiesExperience working with Change Management processes and SoftwareExperience reviewing log reports for anomalous activityFamiliarity with the AS/400 iSeries platform.Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with Core Banking software.Skilled at critical thinking and problem solving.Independent, willing to learn, self-motivated work ethicStrong attention to detail and ability to follow defined proceduresEffective organizational and communication skillsHere at Bank of Bird-in-Hand, we have a comprehensive benefit package for those who qualify.
