Job OverviewUnited We Stand Inspections (UWS Inspections) is expanding our network of skilled, independent, certified Residential and/or Commercial Property Inspectors throughout Metro Atlanta, North Georgia, and the surrounding counties. You must have:Passed the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE)Be a CURRENT member of either ASHI, InterNACHI, or ICCConducted 100+ paid property inspections independentlyThe ideal candidate is:Looking to grow their book-of-business.Wants to maintain their independence.Wants to join a reputable multi-inspector firm that provide consistent work, (subject to the availability of inspections based on market conditions) support, and zero overhead.Who inspects according to the ASHI and/or InterNACHI Standards of Practice.Service Areas Needed:North & NE Counties (Forsyth, Dawson, Hall, Jackson, Barrow)SE Counties (Newton, Rockdale, Walton)Metro Atlanta (City of Atlanta, N.
