High-impact leadership opportunityLead critical utility infrastructure projectsAbout Our ClientOur client is a growing power delivery firm supporting major utility transmission and grid modernization projects across the U.S. With a strong backlog of high-voltage work ranging from 69kV-500kV, they offer long-term stability, leadership growth, and the opportunity to lead impactful infrastructure projects.Job DescriptionLead execution of large-scale transmission and power delivery projects from initiation through closeoutManage projects involving transmission lines, substations, switchyards, and utility infrastructureOversee projects ranging from 69kV, 115kV, 138kV, 230kV, 345kV, and up to 500kV systemsDirect multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and field teamsServe as the primary point of contact for utility clients and key stakeholdersDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and staffing plansDrive project performance related to safety, quality, scope, cost, and scheduleLead construction coordination, outage planning, commissioning, and field execution activitiesIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesManage contracts, change orders, and project financial reportingMentor and support Project Managers, Engineers, and Project Controls staffSupport grid modernization, system hardening, and renewable energy interconnection initiativesCollaborate with executive leadership on project strategy and client growth opportunitiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
