Key Responsibilities Recommend IT strategies for business growth and system enhancements Serve as a point of escalation for managed technologies and ensure service level agreements are met Manage and lead a high-performing team while fostering relationships with business leaders and stakeholders Required Qualifications 10+ years in IT Solution Delivery, Architecture, Development, and/or Product Management 2+ years in a leadership role Experience with Inventory, Supply Chain, or Retail/Merchandising Systems Hands-on technical skills in AWS services and programming experience in C# or Java Knowledge of microservice architecture and release management
