Job Description About the Role:Join the vibrant team at Four Seasons Preschool of Mt. Auburn as an Infant/Toddler Teacher, where you will create a nurturing environment for our youngest learners. We are dedicated to fostering curiosity and growth in a safe and engaging setting.Responsibilities:Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive and social development.Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for toddlers.Observe and assess children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging exploration and creativity.Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Requirements:EEC Certification for Infant/ToddlerPrior experience working with toddlers in a preschool setting.Strong understanding of child development principles.CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.Ability to pass a background checkAbout Us:Four Seasons Preschool of Mt.
