This role is responsible for developing and executing company-wide sales strategy, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring consistent sales performance across diverse markets and product lines.This is a senior leadership role ideal for a sales professional who thrives in multi-division environments and enjoys building scalable, high-performing sales organizations.What You'll DoDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across all divisions and locationsEstablish revenue targets, KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline management processesLead and develop sales managers and sales teams across multiple sitesIdentify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunitiesServe as executive contact for key accounts, negotiations, and escalationsPartner with Operations, Marketing, and Division Leadership to align sales, capacity, and deliveryEnsure consistent sales processes, pricing, tools, and reporting across the organizationUse data and analytics to optimize pricing, product mix, and sales efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)8-10+ years of progressive sales leadership experienceProven success leading multi-location or multi-division sales teamsStrong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skillsExperience driving revenue growth and building scalable sales systemsIndustry experience in cabinetry, construction, manufacturing, or building materials preferredCRM and sales analytics experience preferredWhy Join Valley CabinetAt Valley Cabinet, we value strong leadership, collaboration, and customer focus.
