Position Overview We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance our enterprise ServiceNow platform across multiple product lines, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center Pro (ECP), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Nuvolo. This role is ideal for a hands‐on technical expert who can lead complex development efforts, drive platform best practices, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high‐performing ServiceNow solutions. Supporting CFPB.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules such as ITSM.Build and maintain custom ServiceNow functionality using:Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI ActionsFlow Designer / WorkflowsCatalog Items, Record Producers, Service Portal / Employee CenterImplement and optimize integrations using:REST/SO#J-18808-Ljbffr
