Through dynamic, year-round enrichment programs, we nurture creativity, teamwork, and resilience in areas like sports, STEM, and the arts. We're now seeking Partnership Coordinators to join our team and help us secure partnerships that will make a difference in the lives of young people. Job Responsibilities: Conduct outreach to schools, community organizations, and potential partners to introduce Project Unbound’s enrichment programs. Secure partnership contracts with schools, youth organizations, and community groups. Maintain relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships. Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve outreach and contract goals. Meet the minimum requirement of one (1) contract per month. Compensation: Probationary Period (First 3 months): $250 per contract secured. Estimated Monthly Pay: $250 (for 1 contract per month, minimum). After 3 months: $400 per contract secured. Estimated Monthly Pay: $400 (for 1 contract per month, minimum). Additional contracts will result in higher monthly earnings (e.g., 2 contracts per month = $800 after probation). What We're Looking For: Highly motivated individuals with a passion for outreach and community engagement. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and set your own schedule. Recomonded time to make calls are between 11am - 2pm Prior experience in outreach, sales, or community engagement is a plus, but not required.
